Participation Requirements

An enrolment agreement form is included in the handbook – once this is completed and returned your child is enrolled in the Instrumental Music Program with the expectation that they will participate for the whole school year​

Ensemble Participation Levy and School Instrument hire fees

Students involved in any of the Instrumental Music Program ensembles are required to pay a participation levy.  This levy helps cover the cost of entry to competitions and festivals, bus fares, accompanists, guest tutors, workshops etc. 

Instrument hire fees are also required if a student is using a school instrument (this is used to maintain the Instrument through a reputable repairer).

As is the case with the School's textbook and Hire Scheme the school, through the Principal, can negotiate a payment plan. Please contact the office to organise this if required.​
