An enrolment agreement form is included in the handbook – once this is completed and returned your child is enrolled in the Instrumental Music Program with the expectation that they will participate for the whole school year
Ensemble Participation Levy and School Instrument hire fees
Students involved in any of the Instrumental Music Program ensembles are required to pay a participation levy. This levy helps cover the cost of entry to competitions and festivals, bus fares, accompanists, guest tutors, workshops etc.
Instrument hire fees are also required if a student is using a school instrument (this is used to maintain the Instrument through a reputable repairer).
As is the case with the School's textbook and Hire Scheme the school, through the Principal, can negotiate a payment plan. Please contact the office to organise this if required.
