Windows 11 transition

From October 2025, any student-owned devices used as part of the school’s Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program and running the Windows 10 operating system may experience issues with connecting to the department’s network or accessing certain learning resources. This is because the Windows 10 operating system will no longer be supported by Microsoft after this date and will not receive adequate security protection and updates, putting your school and student information at risk.

It is strongly recommended that you upgrade your child’s computer to Windows 11 as soon as possible by following the steps on ways to install Windows 11 (External link). If the device is incompatible with Windows 11, you may need to explore replacement options.
