The School & Community Leadership Group is the school's organisation for the planning and running of fund-raising events, community outreach and fun student activities. Our members help to organise and run Spirit Day, the Christmas Appeal and a range of other charitable activities. This is the club for students who are keen to take a leadership role and create new experiences for Alex Hills students and better lives for Redlands community members.
Taskforce
The Taskforce is a passionate group of
students who work towards improving the emotional, social and physical
wellbeing of Alexandra Hills Community. Students meet to
work on projects that promotes:
School sense of belonging
Anti – bullying promotion and program
Awareness of Mental health
Gratitude, kindness and the act of giving
Awareness of Road Safety
Past successful projects have included:
Buddy Bench
National day of action against bullying and violence
Christmas Appeal for the Redland Community Centre
Cross year level mentoring and activities
R U Ok day with Guidance
Promotion of various issues and health awareness events i.e. White Ribbon Day, Fresh Faced Friday, Suicide prevention awareness

Interact Clubs are Rotary International’s service club for young people ages 12 to 18. Each year, Interact clubs complete at least two community service projects, one of which furthers international understanding and goodwill.
